Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A valid credit card is required to book any appointment. If the cancellation policy isn’t followed, 100% of the total service will be charged—no exceptions.
• I totally understand—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours of your appointment) will be charged 100% of the service total.
• No call / no show appointments will also be charged 100% of the service total.
• If you no-show more than once, I’ll require a full deposit upfront in order to book any future appointments.
